In March 2025, I had the honor of conducting a research study for my Master's thesis exploring the effects of integrative healing practices on anxiety and depression. The session combined sound meditation, Reiki, breathwork, EFT (tapping), Carnatic chanting, and gentle yoga — all held in a nurturing group setting.
A group of women participated in this study, completing both immediate post-session and one-week follow-up assessments. The results were deeply moving — from emotional release to long-lasting clarity and calm.
